Return & Refund Policy

Refund & Returns: If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns can be requested at our dedicated returns page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

United Kingdom: After your return approval confirmation the item must posted within 5 days after delivery confirmation. 

Europe: Ship with any carrier of your choice: Tracking Number requeried. Shipping fees paid by buyer.

The item must posted within 5 days after delivery confirmation.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
If returning an item, please ensure to return the item to the address provided in the returns instructions following approval of the return request.

Do not send the package to the warehouse address on the parcel as we may not be able to process the return correctly. Shipping fees, where applicable, are not-refundable.

Once the item has been confirmed as received by our returns centre, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.

* Refund for lost parcels: Up to 30 working days after due date.
